Shipping Policy 

Delivery dates will be confirmed by either email or phone for special orders (either for products that need to be ordered in and orders that are made to fit) and can take up to 14 days* for us to receive.

A store visit may also be required by the customer** (this can be arranged to suit the customer during our normal opening hours).

Once we have received your items from our supplier (and have had any modifications required completed), the product(s) will be dispatched for next working day delivery.

Shipping cost(s) are dependant on total weight of order and this cost will be supplied (on screen) before purchase*.

Any fault and/or malfuntion, with any product(s) supplied by us that are purchased either through this website/our store/resellers, that arise due to shipping and handling by either ourselves or our reccomended shipper is covered through standard manufacturers warranty***.
